PAYMENT METHOD
Wechat pay in RMB (Sent via email)
$20 for 1 ONLINE class for 1-1 Class (1 class a week)
$17 per ONLINE class for 1-1 Class (2 classes a week)

AVAILABILITY

PAYMENT DUE DATE
Must be paid on the Monday of the same week of your remaining class.
Classes will NOT be booked without payment first.
If payment is more than 2 weeks late, you will be removed.
CONTRACT LENGTH
There is NO minimum contract length. Payment is made every 3 months.
You can cancel at anytime and receive a refund for remaining classes unused.
No risks involved.
CHANGING TIMESLOT
You are allowed to change time slots with another more suitable one subject to availability. If another student has your desired time slot already then you will have to wait to switch when it becomes available.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can reschedule/cancel up to 6 hours before class starts. If the class start time is less than 6 hours, you will not be able to reschedule or cancel it. Therefore, if you cannot attend you will lose that class time, so please try to attend or plan accordingly.
Cancellation Limit
Classes can be re-scheduled a maximum of once per month if you have four classes monthly and 2 times per month if you have 8 classes monthly. If you cancel more than this amount without advanced notice you may not receive a refund or rescheduled class.
NON-ATTENDANCE
I will wait the full 25 minutes in the classroom, so please attend even if you are very, very late because the class WILL NOT be refunded or rescheduled if there is a student non-attendance. I do not mind waiting.
Teacher lateness:
If I am late to class or any lesson time is lost, it will be added to future classes, you will never get less than you have paid for.
REFUNDS
If you decide you wish to terminate our agreement and not continue working together please give 24 hours notice.
If you have paid for classes already but want the rest refunded a 25% fee will be taken.
REQUEST FOR LEAVE
If you plan to take a vacation or extended leave of absence please let me know at least 5 days in advance, so I can arrange replacement students. If it is a overly long leave, I will have to replace the student with someone who can attend classes often.
If I need to take scheduled leave or a vacation, I will let you know at least 2 weeks beforehand.
PREPARING FOR CLASS
It is strongly recommended you get a headset with built-in microphone for your child and use an Ipad. This makes it easier for me to hear them and they can hear me clearer. If parents want to listen in too, I can add the parents into the classroom also.
Download "Speedtest by Ookla" in the Google/Huawei/Iphone Store. Then run it on the device your student will be chosing. Make sure you find the best place in the house with the strongest connection. If you cannot download the app you can still run the test on the webpage.
Ensure you have downloaded the app on your phone, Ipad and PC, it is better to have all 3 in case one device malfunctions.
Enable Push Notifications on your smartphone app, so you do not miss class and set reminders in the app.
Make sure students do not eat in class, appropriately dressed and are in a room without toys or distractions. It is preferred they sit at a desk whilst studying and not lie down.
CONVERSION RATE
Payment request will be sent in UK pounds Sterling at the exchange rate equal to my lesson fee in USD (the invoice usually displays the amount in RMB).
You will NOT be charged a service fee for paying in RMB.
Due to market fluctuations you may pay slightly more or less RMB per class fee as the exchange rate between USD and RMB shifts.
