AVAILABILITY

PAYMENT DUE DATE
Must be paid on the Monday of the same week of your remaining class.
Classes will NOT be booked without payment first.
If payment is more than 2 weeks late, you will be removed.
CONTRACT LENGTH
There is NO minimum contract length. Payment is made every 3 months.
You can cancel at anytime and receive a refund for remaining classes unused.
No risks involved.
CHANGING TIMESLOT
You are allowed to change time slots with another more suitable one subject to availability. If another student has your desired time slot already then you will have to wait to switch when it becomes available.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can reschedule/cancel up to 6 hours before class starts. If the class start time is less than 6 hours, you will not be able to reschedule or cancel it. Therefore, if you cannot attend you will lose that class time, so please try to attend or plan accordingly.
NON-ATTENDANCE
I will wait the 30 minutes in the classroom, so please attend even if you are very, very late because the class WILL NOT be refunded or rescheduled if there is a student non-attendance. I do not mind waiting.
Teacher lateness:
If I am late to class or any lesson time is lost, it will be added to future classes, you will never get less than you have paid for.
REFUNDS
If you decide you wish to terminate our agreement and not continue working together please give 24 hours notice.
If you have paid for classes already but want the rest refunded a 25% fee will be taken.
REQUEST FOR LEAVE
If you plan to take a vacation or extended leave of absence please let me know at least 5 days in advance, so I can arrange replacement students. If it is a overly long leave, I will have to replace the student with someone who can attend classes often.
If I need to take scheduled leave or a vacation, I will let you know at least 2 weeks beforehand.
